Hiring - Univcanada - www.univcanada.ca wishes to hire several Graduate Students ( Bachelors in Psychology, Sociology, Management Studise, Statistics, Maths, Commerce, Science) for placement at their Bombay Office based at the Ajanta Executive Training Center, Juhu Tara Road, Bombay.

Job Role - Opportunities to learn & contribute in a variety of fields including Personnel Management, Human Resources Management, Financial Management, Brands and Marketing Strategies, Organizational Behavior, Psychometric Testing, Competency Mapping, Balanced Scorecard, IT and Systems Management etc

Placements - Graduate students will be placed on a 12 Months - One Year "Management Associate” Program following which they would be confirmed as an “Associate Consultant" within the school in Bombay on a permanent posting basis. The Management Associates would be paid their normal salaries, bonuses and incentives compared to the best in the industry during the period of the training.

100% Scholarship Diploma Program Offer - During this period of training the " Management Associates" can complete the " International Post Graduate Diploma Program in Personnel & Human Resources Development" offered by the school and on completion in this one year period would receive the Post Graduate Diploma Program. This program will be offered to the Graduate Students under the Canadian Scholarship Program of the UNIVCANADA Assistanceship & Scholarship Programs.

The teaching faculty comprises of authors of books published by McGraw Hill, UnivCanada in the fields of Competency Based HRM, Competency Mapping, Talent Management and Knowledge Human Resources. One of the first books in the field of Competency Based HRM published by McGraw Hill, is authored by the Business School faculty.

Scholarships & Assistanceship ( Part Fee Waiver) are available for several candidates. Assistanceship Candidature involves working( part time/off days/holidays etc for working professionals & fulltime for fresh students) with the faculty& consultants in India and overseas in teaching & consulting assignments in the areas of Competency Mapping, Psychometric Testing, HR Benchmarking, Organizational Design, HR & Balanced Scorecard, Four Forces Creative Leadership & Transformational Leadership Intervention, Star Tracking & Talent Management, Knowledge Human Resources Management etc.
